At Emigrain, we believe that the true value of a product lies in Versatility. We do not sell simply ” Wheat Flour ” but provide it as a solution to the Baker to meet his product consistency from bag to bag and batch to batch.
Care is taken in selection of wheat and milling process to create flour which is typical to its end product application. It is no t a simple run of the mill to produce wheat flour but a well formulated and tested solution to the bakers.
