Steps of Preparation
- Take 2 cups flour in a bowl.
- Add 1 cup sugar.
- Add 1 teaspoon baking powder.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Add 2 eggs.
- Add 1 cup milk.
- Add ½ cup oil or melted butter.
- Mix into smooth batter.
- Pour into muffin molds.
- Bake at 180°C for 18 to 20 minutes.
